1. Show us your real first reaction
Mystery Box Craze (“Box Craze,” “we,” or “us”) wants to see your genuine reaction as you open your mystery box. No positive review required. This is a request for unboxing footage, not a request to write a review or give a rating. You do not need a script or rehearsed praise. Excitement, surprise, mixed feelings, and disappointment can all be genuine. Be yourself and accurately show what you received.
2. Who can participate
You must be at least 18 years old, live in one of the 50 U.S. states, and have the right to share your video and grant the permission below. Only include adults who have agreed to be filmed and featured under these terms. Do not include identifiable minors in your submission. Participation is optional and does not affect the service you receive for your order.
3. How to submit
Film vertically with your phone upright, preferably in 9:16 format. Send your original Box Craze unboxing video to mysteryboxcraze@gmail.com with the subject “Box Craze Unboxing Reaction.” Include your name, order number if available, and a contact email. Tell us whether you would like a first name, social handle, or no public credit. Do not send payment information, identification documents, or other unnecessary personal information.
Keep shipping labels, addresses, telephone numbers, order details, and other private information out of view. Use only footage, audio, and music that you created or have permission to license for publication on our website. A music license for one social platform may not permit use on our website. Submitting original footage without added music is the easiest option.
4. Selection and the free OG box
If we select and actually feature your eligible video on the Box Craze website, you earn one free OG Mystery Box, with standard shipping paid by Box Craze. Sending a video alone does not guarantee selection, publication, or a reward. We may decline a submission for technical quality, format, privacy, missing permissions, unrelated content, or limited website space. No positive review required. Selection and reward eligibility do not depend on whether your genuine reaction is favorable.
One distinct eligible video earns one OG box when it is first featured. Reposting the same clip, using excerpts, or continuing to display it does not earn additional boxes. We will email you to arrange delivery or pickup and confirm the reward details. The OG box contains a surprise assortment consistent with its listing; you cannot choose its contents, and the reward has no cash alternative.
5. Be accurate
Send footage of your actual Box Craze unboxing. Do not stage a different assortment, add items that were not in your box, or present someone else’s reaction as your own. Tell us if the submission has been edited in a way that changes the sequence or meaning, or if you received another incentive connected with it. We will not ask you to change your honest reaction to earn the featured-video reward.
6. Reward delivery
Box Craze covers standard shipping for your free OG reward box to an address in any of the 50 U.S. states. You pay no shipping charge for that reward. Free local pickup is also available at 115 State St, Wadsworth, OH 44281. Shipping charges for any separately purchased boxes still apply.
Once we confirm your delivery details, our usual processing and pickup terms apply. If the earned reward cannot be fulfilled as offered, we will contact you to agree on an alternative; we will not charge you or substitute a different reward without your agreement. Removal of a featured video at your request does not take away a reward you have already earned.
7. Permission to feature your video
By submitting after being shown these terms and affirmatively agreeing to them, you give Box Craze a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, and play your submitted video on the Box Craze website, including the image and voice of consenting adults shown in it. You keep ownership of your video and may use it elsewhere. We may use service providers to host or display it for us under this permission.
We may trim for length, crop to fit, adjust sound levels, add accurate captions, and obscure private information. We will preserve the meaning and context of your reaction and will not put words in your mouth or create a synthetic version of your likeness or voice. We will ask separately before using your video on social media, in email marketing, or in paid advertising.
You confirm that you own the submitted content or have the permissions needed for this use, including permission from every identifiable person and any other rights holder. Do not submit material that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
8. Clear disclosure of the incentive
When we feature an eligible reaction, we will place a clear disclosure alongside it explaining that the customer receives a free OG box for allowing us to feature the footage. This applies even when the video is a genuine reaction rather than a formal review. If you share content connected to this incentive yourself, clearly explain the free-box arrangement in that content where viewers will notice it.
9. Removing footage and handling information
Email mysteryboxcraze@gmail.com to stop future use or request removal from our website. We will stop new uses and remove the video from pages we control within a reasonable time. We cannot promise to erase copies independently shared by others, search-engine caches, or copies we must retain for legal purposes. Removal does not affect a reward already earned.
We use your contact and order details to evaluate the submission, confirm permission, and arrange any earned reward, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish your contact information or add you to marketing emails solely because you submitted a video. Website publication may make your image, voice, and authorized public credit visible to anyone online.
10. Other rights and questions
Submitting footage does not change your purchase rights, our final-sale policy, or the process for reporting an order issue. You do not have to film a video to report a problem.
