A mystery box keeps the exact assortment a surprise. Browse the categories under "Shop Boxes" to choose your vibe! They may contain unclaimed mail, returns or overstock merchandise.
Can I choose what’s inside?
The exact assortment stays a surprise unless the listing says otherwise. The open box listing photos are random samples and are not representative of the exact assortment of merchandise you will receive.
Will my box match the photos?
The box will match the category, not the specific assortment of merchandise shown on the mystery box listings. We provide one random sample photo, but contents will not match.
How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Each mystery box ships separately and requires its own shipping label. Shipping is charged separately for every box, including when multiple boxes are purchased in one order.
How often do you restock?
Browse Shop Boxes to see what is currently available. Availability is shown on each product page. If a box is sold out, check back for restocks.
What if I need help with my order?
Send us your order number and a description of what you need help with through the contact form.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges or credits. Once a mystery box is shipped, there is no going back! However, we understand plans change and will be happy to cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
