A surprise assortment
Mystery Box Craze (“Box Craze”) sells mystery boxes with assorted contents. The specific listing describes the box type and what you can generally expect. Unless the listing expressly promises otherwise, you cannot choose or request particular items, sizes, styles, colors, or brands inside. Contents may differ between boxes, and repeated items may appear within one box or across several boxes.
Item counts and category examples
Item counts described as “about” or “average” are estimates, not exact quantities or guaranteed minimums. A category described as “typically” included reflects a usual assortment and may not appear in every box. For example, the OG box contains about 20–80 items, and the Hanes box typically includes all three listed apparel categories. Actual assortments and counts may vary. Any specific guarantee expressly made in a product listing still applies.
Condition depends on the box
Please read the condition details for the product you choose. “Brand-new,” “overstock,” “returned,” and “manufacturer irregulars” describe different inventory types. Do not assume all boxes have the same condition. Listings that identify brand-new merchandise retain that description; a general mystery-box disclosure does not change it. Where returns or factory seconds are disclosed, packaging or cosmetic condition may vary as described in that listing.
Photos, videos, and genuine reactions
Photos of open boxes and featured unboxing reactions are examples of individual assortments. They do not guarantee the same contents, quantity, retail value, or experience. We ask customers for genuine unboxing reactions. No positive review required. You do not need a script or rating. If someone receives a free box for allowing us to feature their reaction, we disclose that incentive alongside the video.
Value and resale
Any “typical,” “estimated,” or “average” retail value is an estimate and may differ from current selling prices or the amount you could obtain by reselling the goods. Individual boxes may be above or below a stated typical range where the listing says so. We do not guarantee resale value, profit, demand, or that every item will suit your preferences.
Food and product information
Some boxes, including the OG box, may contain food items when disclosed in the listing. Check original labels for ingredients, allergens, storage directions, and date information before use. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Do not use an item if its condition, labeling, or suitability raises a concern; contact us with the details.
Shipping, final sale, and problems
Every mystery box requires its own shipping label and shipping charge. Sales are final, with no returns, exchanges, or store credits except where required by law. Unshipped orders may be cancelled by contacting us promptly. Report delivery issues within 24 hours with photos; opened sealing tape affects refund eligibility as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. These disclosures do not excuse a failure to provide goods as described or limit rights required by applicable law.
